South Africa is adventure capital of world. Exotic combinations of landscapes, people, history and culture offer the travelers a unique and inspiring experience. If you are planning to spend your holidays in this country, and booking flights to South Africa then you are going to have a great vacation. It has mountains, safari parks, wonderful beaches and all you can imagine. The most visited tourists destinations within South Africa are; Cape Town, Durban, Hermanus, and Knysna.

Also South Africa can be described as one of the top hunting destinations in the world. The diverse biomes and game in the country make it the ideal place for an ever changing and exciting hunting experience. Because of its diversity, South Africa is able to offer almost any possible hunting scenario and possibility. South Africa has concrete legal and environmental guidelines which ensure that game populations are maintained while also allowing hunters to indulge in hunting activities.

The large and dense populations of game provide hunters with more of an opportunity to spend their time actually hunting game as opposed to tracking them down and also ensure that the supply keeps up with demand. For those who are interested in hunting this basically translates into a ever available supply of game and also lower hunting costs.

Some of South Africa’s more prized game include the buffalo which is a member of the big five and one of the most dangerous animals in the world, let alone South Africa. The eland which is the biggest antelope in the world can also be found in South Africa along with a wide range of smaller and uniquely varied population of other antelope.

The sport of hunting is very strongly imbedded in South African culture. For hunters, that translates into availability of everything associated with hunting, including the availability of guns and hunting rifles. In South Africa it is illegal to own a fire weapon unless you have a license, but in most cases a person’s involvement in hunting strongly stands in their favour when applying for a fire weapon license. Considering all that is in order and one has a license though, there is no shortage to be found in hunting weapons.

Africa travel has always been one of the favorite experiences of the travelers who seek adventure cum leisure when traveling to any destination in the world. Flights to Nigeria give meaning to all such itinerary needs as the city packs up the African civilization, the rich traditions, culture, along with the mélange of some glorified natural sights worth exploring and enjoying at.

Lagos is one of the great cities in Africa which is ranked seventh amongst the worlds most sprawling and fast growing cities and at the same time is the most populated city and the former capital of Nigeria. Nigeria is the largest city of the African continent. Pertinent to the increasing demand of the Lagos air tickets, the tourism ministry of the Lagos has taken some positive initiatives in promoting the city’s tourism as it continues to receive a huge influx of tourists from all over the world booking cheap flights to Nigeria. And as per the similar regard, air lines too have mitigated their cost on the air fares to Lagos so any one of you, provided that conducts a good preliminary research over the internet can book cheapest Lagos air ticket at any time of the year.

Lagos is a home to splendid attractions and tourism traits which the travelers do not afford to miss upon landing here. As the city is a modern metropolis, one of the major continuous activities played here is the shopping. Shopping at Lagos carries an intensity of ecstasy of its own. Covered with loads of people and goods, the Lagos shopping malls always offer you the best rates on the exclusive brands and as well as the traditional shopping. There are a vast number of shopping malls, plazas, and super markets here so you can buy any stuff of your choice for your self.

When you come to South Africa or want to do business, you must come with an open mind. South Africa runs one of the world’s leading economies today. That is why I target South African as much as other webmasters do for a rewarding internet business.

I have heard the news and bares testimony to that if you have been to South Africa, then you have been to the United States of America. I believe it is true? I may not be sure on other aspects but if I may ask, ‘what is it that you can get in the US and don’t get is South Africa?’ There is absolutely few if any. The medical systems, practitioners and equipment match the global standard. I’m told some patients from abroad (USA inclusive) come for their medical needs in South Africa. Universities in South Africa have global appeal and meet high standards of certification. Thus serving the whole world with classic education.

Can you believe it? I just said South Africa is my target. Yes, I said it because I’m one webmaster who shall never relent until I get a share of the South African traffic. Why South Africa? There are some goodies right here in South Africa, limited to other neighboring countries like Swaziland, Malawi, Zambia, Lesotho and Zimbabwe. I hope and believe that these goodies shall not soon evaporate with the prevailing political unrest.

Coming right to the point, webmasters stand to benefit a lot from participating in South African online markets. There are several of them that I outline in my website under the ‘Online Goodies’ category. Like I often say in many of my articles, there is no reason to try and keep some good money making idea to yourself hoping no one will know unless they hear from you, it just wont work. I therefore have volumes and volumes of good content to help you earn some serious cash as a webmaster fishing for the South African traffic. Think of the thousands of internet cafes in South Africa, the home connections and the private offices that is all grounds for the hungry webmaster. The sky is truly the limit when it comes to getting a share of the South African traffic.

How about crime? This is one of the worst heard of experiences in South Africa. Crime that has never been heard of anywhere in the world can be seen and recorded for South Africa. Its amazing how white collar crime has invaded the country even to the point of senior political positions. The crime rate is unfortunately one critical aspect that can contribute to economy drains for an extended period of time. Think of the court cases arising from white collar crime that takes years to be resolved yet they need external interventions.

With no exception, the good news is that in South Africa, the good far outweighs the bad. That’s certainly why the world thought it right to host the world cup right in South Africa. And with the invention of the internet, eliminating the need of physical contacts in business transactions, the webmaster is ahead of the many offline traps.

There are some dangers when moving to South Africa that people are often aware of. Mostly what people should worry about is not on the mainland. Although South Africa does have its fair share of crime, the real worry is from pirates. One would only need to worry about his problem if the reason they are moving to South Africa involves the ocean. For people that plan on making shipping or fishing companies, this is a real problem. Also this can be a real issue for people that plan on setting up or working for shipping companies that plan on using ships for their exporting and importing. Piracy has been a serious issue with all of Africa. It has in recent times even made it into the news. Everyone has heard of the large ship that was recently taken over by pirates in the Indian Ocean. Even so, South Africa is still a modern country.

People consider moving to South Africa because it is a modern country in an exotic location. People like being able to go out into the “wilds” of Africa and then come back to a nice safe hotel. It might surprise some people to know that South Africa is full of all of the modern conveniences of any other country. There seems to be a stereotype of Africa on the minds of uninformed Americans. That is very much not the case in South Africa. South Africa has just as modern cities as any American city. One can easily get food whenever they feel the need for it like in any other country. They can also do any amount of shopping or do other types of modern activities. One can also get cable and Internet. Indeed any modern luxury is available to anyone thinking about moving to South Africa.

Moving to South Africa can be a great way to stay competitive in a global economy. If you had the choice of a mediocre job in financing in America or being the head of a financial team in South Africa, then, which would you take? Other people have similar choices to that being brought before them everyday. This economic growth is why people are moving to South Africa. There are other job opportunities too. Although South Africa is a very modern country there is still a need for teachers. Almost every country has trouble finding people willing to teach. Teaching after all can be a thankless job and not all teachers are paid as much as they deserve.

An often repeated mantra of the Internet is that “Content is king.” Whether your goal is to lure the search spiders, achieve an enviable page rank for your site, or simply to attract visitors to purchase your offerings or click on your Adsense listings, the key is to offer valuable information. Web surfers are hungry for help with their problems, seek to find a new perspective on their lives, or simply crave the enjoyment of reading about their area of passionate interest.

The thousands of websites developed within the past ten years, consisting primarily of links to other sites and very little copy, have fallen by the wayside. The FFA sites are generally disregarded, their thousands of daily postings relegated to spam filters and junk mail folders. The traffic exchanges, under pressure, are moving away from cash payments for referrals to what they always were: free but untargeted traffic generators. The payment processors are cracking down on systems that are little more than electronic pyramid schemes and dropping MLM programs like hot potatoes.

So what will be left? The corporate, government, and news agency sites continue to provide information and services. Online gambling proliferates internationally as does all kinds of entertainment: games, music, videos, television show insider information. Blogs, ranging from outstanding to appalling, have mushroomed into the millions and hobbyists, collectors, sports fans and various enthusiasts maintain websites catering to their niche audiences.

And then there are the “new” content sites – millions of web pages with recycled content from software generators existing only to spew out “content” that can be claimed as a Web Master’s own creation.

Ever watchful, the search engines detected the duplicate content choking their spiders and started to ban such listings. Ever alert, the software designers figures out how to tweak each article so that it was not 100% identical with the thousands of copies of the same article residing on other web pages.

What have we created? Billions of pages that contain no significant information, no new perspective, no original thought, no innovative ideas, and offer absolutely no redeeming social value. A majority of the free (and even the expensive) repetitive content material is poorly written, more concerned with keyword stuffing than making any kind of salient point. The sole purpose of the content is to make money through ad clicks or affiliate links.

Those who know how to write, and want to share their ideas in this fantastically rich environment, are lost in the mulch piles of the wanna-be marketing gurus. Where once a search for particular information turned up a page or two of relevant, worthwhile resources, it may now take a determined surfer hours to find the needed information, ploughing through endless pages of nonsensical articles related only to the search through manipulative keywords strewn throughout otherwise irrelevant material.

The Internet is a boon for all of us. No longer do we have to pore through encyclopedias or run down to the library to seek out wanted information. A five second search can give us that name on the tip of our tongue or the date of some event that has been eluding us. We can shop online, review menus before we commit to going out, find forms for every purpose, and obtain legal and health information that saves us the money and time required to consult a professional. We can get our questions answered, our problems addressed, and our loneliness assuaged in forums, chat rooms, and message boards.

None of want to see the Net regulated. It still has a frontier spirit about it: no fences, no rules, no red tape, no social hierarchy. We can become whatever we want in its virtual anonymity. We can grow and learn and develop ourselves in ways that never existed before the advent of the personal computer. We can reach across the world as quickly as across the room, touching lives and interacting with others as never before possible.

All that being said, doesn’t such freedom also carry basic responsibilities? To embrace the positives and avoid a threatened overdoes of uselessness, we need to be what the Existentialists call “authentic.” We can be whoever and whatever we please, as long as we are ourselves. Such a powerful force for the growth of humanity demands that we approach it honestly and respectfully.

On an even playing field, unencumbered with cultural, social, or religious restrictions, we can communicate with each other at an hitherto impossible individual and intimate level. To continue to develop these incredibly exciting opportunities, we need to be wary of the scam sharks that circle our every click.

Scams are not just the phishing sites, the strident letters from African widows, or the non-existent lottery winnings, they are also the shysters and cheaters who pass off the creations of others as their own and go into a feeding frenzy whenever a new piece of software appears that promises, for a substantial fee, to develop thousands of pages overnight that will generate income without effort and create experts out of neophytes.

The search engine monitors are very good at their job. We can only hope that they can stay one step ahead of the glut now gushing forth. If not, we may eventually crush the electronic goose, and its golden eggs will become only a fading memory of what might have been.

The banks are getting back to the old game. Bonuses are up, profits are swelling; the new normal has arrived. This is human nature and
capitalism rewards pure greed. From American Wall Street to Nigerian Broad Street, bank books are looking better.

As a former bank, I have many friends in the banking sector. They work hard and put really ungodly hours. I used to leave my house at Ikeja (Nigeria) at 5.30am and returned 11.30pm. It was absolutely normal; after all, we were well paid.

In Africa today, the most hardworking people are the bankers. The level of productivity in the banking sector is second to none. And I want the banks to do well.

When the failure of Lehman Brothers brought the world to its knees, the world experienced how the whole global financial industry has been
integrated as a single atomic unit. Only a few like the Canadian banking sector passed through that financial Armageddon with little blemish. Others like US and my native country Nigeria suffered major negative consequences.

American Congress will lead the world as they have always done in many cases. However, the world must not just fold hands and wait for
Washington. Especially Africa, this is an opportunity to reform its financial sector and get the engine of economic activity on a solid ground. We noticed that in the boom years, bankers were celebrated as geniuses. They privatized successes. And when the hell broke, they call the world to help them. And losses were socialized. This kind of artificial distortion disturbs the financial equilibrium resulting to misallocation of scare economic resources in national treasuries.

I recalled that Nigerian Central Bank raised billions of Naira over a weekend to bailout some banks when many universities were shut down because of issues associated with funding. This is a country where education, electricity, transportation and health delivery needed massive injection of funds. Between those needs and banks, the government decided to save the banks, rightly.

Bailouts create disequilibrium in the economic landscape and must be seen that way. It hurts competitive environments and makes losers to
become sudden winners.

But boom and bust will always happen. King Solomon said in the Bible that there is time for everything. It is one of those things that can never be eliminated. You can mitigate the impact and plan for it or possibly defer when it happens, but economic boom and bust must take its natural cycle.

Finance has evolved over centuries and there have been countless reforms. But none will ever eliminate busts in the economy. Man by pure greed will always innovate to work around any reform in order to maximize profits. You can only reform what you know today. But technology of tomorrow will create more opportunities that will make today’s reform obsolete. And markets lead regulations by years.

Why not? There are people who have become millionaires because they have computing power to trade. The high speed trading is nothing but using computer speed to outsmart the market. Do we have a regulation for that? When I trade with my average laptop, do I have equal chances of success? Now regulate high speed trading and you will notice that you will need to do that every eighteen months according to Moore’s Law.

To cut this story short, I propose that African Union must do two things:

(1) Task all member states to introduce a Bailout Levy of 10% on bank profits (before tax). This is besides the fund allocated for deposit
insurance scheme. This levy will be used to bailout banks when they derail and insulate the taxpayers from any help.

(2) Task all member states to introduce Bonus Levy of 50% on all bank bonuses to employees. This is necessary since tax payers save these
bank employees and during the good days, they enjoy the fun alone with their families. It will be very unfair to allow taxpayers to go through another circle of bank bailout and allow only employees and investors to reap the profits during good times. This levy will minimize that.

I am confident that if African governments implement these policies we can have a banking system that heals itself during bust season, without any support from tax payers.

The scenery of Malawi is diverse and elegant and the people of the country are extremely friendly with the tourists. The national parks, mountain hiking, game reserves and plateau trekking will be highly appreciated by those who love to be in the midst of nature. Malawi is a favourite among tourists owing to its unbelievable scenery, great openings that it offers for trekking and hiking in the national parks and an opportunity to see the wildlife of Africa in its various game reserves.

The city of Lilongwe is the capital of Malawi and is well-renowned for the Old Town. It is home to quaint cafes, market stalls, restaurants and New City which is home to decorative shops and offices. The city is nestled in the Central African Mountains, plateau and hills, providing breath-taking panoramic views for the visitors. The Lilongwe Nature Reserve is built in the area between the old and the new town in order to provide the visitors with an insight into what the area would have been like, before the beginning of the city construction. It is a sanctuary, not a city zoo, and people have to be as alert as in a forest, you may encounter a leopard or a hyena much to your shock.

Several small animals such as porcupine, serval, bushbabies, civet and squirrels and some larger animals such as bushbuck, bushpig and duicker can usually be spotted here. Around 165 km north of the city lies Kasungu National Park and 115 km north-east of the city lies the Nkhotokota Game Reserve. Livingstonia Mission is one of the main tourist attractions located in the northern lakeshore region. It is situated in Khondowe, a small village, situated on the top of west Rift Valley. The scenery is spell-bounding, and the Manchewe Waterfall surrounded by the lush rain forest is the highest in Malawi.

Lake Malawi also known as Livingstone’s Lake or Lake Nyassa, is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Malawi. It is the most southern lake situated in the Great Africa Rift Valley and is about 560 km long and has a total area of about 30,000km. The lake is bordered by Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania and is a subject of dispute between Tanzania and Malawi. The lake has the greatest number of indigenous fish species, more than any other lake in the world, thus making it popular among snorkellers and scuba divers. The beautiful blue waters and golden sandy beaches of the lake give retreat to those in need of a rest and a little relaxation. Kayaking, wind-sailing, water skiing and canoeing are water sports that are available for people who seek some fun and excitement.
